Hotel Avis
Breakfast room and coffee-shop are at the Academia across the street. All other facilities of the Academia may be used by Avis guests as well. Restaurant at Hotel Atlas (6-8 minutes on foot).
Only open July 1 - September 30.
Hotel Avis is located in Vienna near: Public transport
From Vienna airport: Train or bus to Station Wien Mitte/Landstrasse, U3 to Volkstheater, tram 46 to Strozzigasse/Neubaugasse (2 stops). Turn right into Strozzigasse and take the first turning on the left into Pfeilgasse.
From West Railway Station: U6 to Thaliastrasse, tram 46 to Strozzigasse/Neubaugasse (2 stops). Across the street follow Strozzigasse and take the first turning on the left into Pfeilgasse.
From South Railway Station: Take bus 13A as far as Piaristengasse, walk on through Piaristengasse as far as Zeltgasse, turn left and walk as far as Pfeilgasse.
Car or bus
From A1 (West): Pass Westbahnhof along Neubauguertel, turn right into Josefstaedterstrasse and right again into Lerchengasse. The first turning on the left is Pfeilgasse.
From A2, A22, A4 (all other directions): Go towards City centre as far as Ringstrasse, after the Parliament building turn left into Stadiongasse, continue straight ahead into Josefstaedterstrasse and turn left into Lerchengasse (look out for Academia hotel sign). In Lerchengasse take the first turning on the left into Pfeilgasse.
